The project's brand chef was Enver Dzhemilov, who already has a good shortlist of Alba Group restaurants (Pafos, Yug 22, Lou Lou), and Ivan Negutarov, known for the IVANKA project in Moscow City, took over the position of chef.
A real gastro-guide to Spain was created by them: the menu includes numerous dialects, dishes, and gastronomic specialties of several regions.
The bar menu is Mr. El Pimpi's travel diary, and each cocktail, like a true story, captivates from the initial taste. The wine list is categorized by region and encompasses the entire geography of Spain, ranging from tart Rioja to rich Garnacha.
